September 4, 2010 October show in Phoenix! Rachel's Tiny Show is a mini show of very small (and detailed) paintings averaging around 3" in both dimensions. The pieces will be priced accordingly, so if you've wanted one of my paintings but didn't have the money, everything in this show will be $500 or less. The opeing will be on October 15th at Perihelion Gallery from 6-10pm.

May 18, 2010 Attention East Coast folks! I will be having a solo show called Nature: Captured and Created at the Rodger LaPelle Gallery in Philadelphia from June 2-July 3. A new image from the show has been added to the gallery. It's 8" X 6" and called Catch and Release. There's a tiny spider and spiderweb in the painting that are hard to see in real life and even harder to see on the internet. ;)

August 21, 2009 An exciting new Los Angeles show has been added to the lineup. I will be having a small solo show alongside large solo shows by Winston Smith and Chet Zar at the Copro Gallery in October. Look for the ad in the next issue of Juxtapoz.

February 11, 2009 I've been busy getting new paintings ready for my upcoming show with Chris Mars which opens May 1st at Perihelion Gallery in Phoenix. Mark your calendars, if not for me, for Chris Mars. :) I also wanted to give you a heads up that the prices for my prints will be increasing as of March 15th, 2009. The prices will be raised from $5-$20 per print, not a lot, but if you've been thinking about getting one from the STORE, do it before March 15th and save yourself some dough.
December 3, 2008 For those of you that are traveling to Miami for Art Basel and the other fairs this weekend, please stop by the Bridge Art Fair. Perihelion Gallery will be there for the second year in a row with some of my new work, which has also been added to the gallery.

October 2, 2008 I have added a new image, The Secret Facet Diagrams to the gallery. It is currently up, along with a few other pieces, at Art Fair 21 in Cologne, Germany. September 9, 2008 Lots of news, I will be in a massive showing of Low-rider and Tattoo-inspired art at the Mesa Art Center opening Friday September 12th. It will fill the entire museum as well as several areas outside and beyond the museum. This show includes work by: Mister Cartoon, Shawn Barber, Don Ed Hardy, Liz McGrath and more. I will be in attendance opening night along with thousands of others. It's free, come out to the opening September 12th 7-10pm! (1 E. Main St. Mesa, AZ 85211)
Also, a new image has been added to the gallery: The Traveling Strawberry Grower. It's one of the paintings that will be showing at Art 21 in Cologne, Germany next month. My other upcoming shows in 2008 include the Chaos Theory Group show at Legend City in Phoenix (also opening October 3rd), and Bridge Fair in Miami December 4-7.

July 1, 2008 I will be showing (thanks to Perihelion Gallery) at Art Fair 21 in Cologne, Germany. The dates are October 3-5. HERE is the English version of the website. I am very excited as this will be my European debut.
I currently have 20 paintings on exhibit at Central Arizona College, if you are in that area, please stop by. I have been busy working on commissions and special projects this summer. I have just started some new non-commission work, so there will be new images added to the gallery in early September.

April 14, 2008 Thanks to everyone that came out to the opening last Friday! I've still been trying to get caught up, there are a lot of paintings in the show that aren't yet up on the site. I'll slowly be adding them as I get the time. Lisbeth has just been added to the gallery. This painting will be on display at the Phoenix Art Museum from May 13th through June 8th as a part of the Contemporary Forum Grant Award winners show.
